Today I went to see Dr. Geuss from NWOA. He told me the pain on the top of my feet is from arthritis. He told me to buy a pair of Lynco altrex insole with arch metatarsal pad to relieve the pain and I can get back to running ASAP. This weekend I will be prepping for my Frosty Half Marathon next weekend by going on the arc trainer because of my arthritis and doing 7 miles.
