Today and yesterday I went to the gym in both Lake Worth, Fl and Fort Lauderdale, FL I ran 20.8 miles in two days on the elliptical and I feel great! Going to put in more miles while I am here. I plan on doing another 20.8 miles over the next days before we head home. I cannot wait to run with my DFMC teammates again soon!
