Today was the first DFMC group run of the season. I ran 6.51 miles which brings me to 13.27 miles for the week since I did 6.76 miles yesterday on the arc trainer at the gym. It was great seeing all of my DFMC friends and meeting new people. I cannot wait for the next group run in January after the holidays.
